ATC Holiday Party

Austin Tennis Club, it's that time of year again!  Time once again for our annual holiday party.  This year's part will be Saturday, December 6, 2008 at 7pm. 

Come down to Maggie Mae's on 6th street and help us celebrate another year gone by.  Don't forget to vote for our year end awards!  Send us an This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. • Member of the Year - this is the person in our club who is not necessarily the best player in our club, but always does what they can to participate, play and promote anything to do with ATC. This player really is who we would pick to represent what Austin Tennis Club is about.
• Player of the Year - This is the person who represented our club from a level of play. Both by winning and by sportsmanship. This is the player we can always count on to bring home a trophy or get incredibly far in any draw.
• Most Improved Player of the Year - This is the player in our club who has been most dedicated to the improvement of their game throughout the year. Has both elevated the level of their play and their professionalism on the court.
• New Member of the Year - This award is given to someone who has joined ATC within the last Calendar Year and has jumped in with both feet. This person not only joins us on Friday nights, but has been joining ATC on socials, during tournaments, etc.
• Finally, our newest and very important Award: The Michael Garcia Honorary Member of the Year - This award is given to someone who is not necessarily an active member of our club, but supports us in any other way. Whether someone in the community who has helped us get courts or someone who continues to volunteer their time to make sure we have a great tournament every year. Someone we truly would like to thank for what they do for us.
